Over the past months, we've seen a significant increase in crawling and scraping bots from AI providers and other automated services (like TikTok) targeting deco.cx sites. Most of this traffic originates from Asian countries. To protect your site's security, performance, and stability, we've blocked traffic from 8 countries for .com.br domains.
What Changed
The volume of automated requests from certain regions was large enough to impact performance and pose security risks across the platform. These bots consume infrastructure without generating conversions.
For websites with .com.br domains, we're now blocking traffic from the following countries:
Angola
Bangladesh
China
Hong Kong
India
Indonesia
Singapore
Vietnam
This is a preventive measure. The block applies at the CDN level, so these requests never reach your origin server.
What This Means for You
For most customers, this changes nothing. This traffic doesn't convert, it just consumes your infrastructure. With the block in place, your site runs with less unnecessary load.
If you use a service that relies on traffic from these regions (like TikTok, for example), reach out to us and we'll evaluate unblocking them for your site. Email us at suporte@deco.cx.

What's Next
This change is already live across the platform. We'll keep monitoring traffic patterns and adjusting as needed. If you have questions, reach out on our Discord.
